At Crystal Design we aim to provide you with a one-stop shop to meet all your project requirements. Our hope is to provide you with a stress free means of achieving your project ambitions.

FREE Initial visit

You will initially be visited by one of our team members who will in most cases be able to advise if the project you are considering is achievable. He will also in most cases be able to give a verbal suggestion on the level of budget that may be required in order to complete the project

FREE Quick quote

This verbal quote will in all cases be followed up by a written 1st draft quote for your consideration normally within 48hrs

No need to find an Architect

If the quote is considered to be within the budget range the customer was expecting and subject to their approval, a visit will be arranged for one of the Crystal Design team to visit and produce a first draft drawing based on the clients instructions.

No need to complete complicated paperwork

Crystal Design will as part of our service act as agent for the client and action all relevant documentation required for planning permission and will deal with all enquiries from the planning dept. We will only require input from the client when issues relating to design are being discussed.

No need to find structural engineers

Our team are able to provide a full calculations service to meet the requirements of the building control department. They will also manage all building control requirements ensuring that your project complies with all of the current Building Regulations.

No need to find plumbers, electricians, plasterers or other contractors

We have sufficient access to all the trades required to complete your project, either within our own team, or, as one of our regular contractors. It is part of our service to ensure that tradesmen are available as required and that work is completed on time, to budget and to the right standards.
